Challenges​

  • No formal process for maintaining the learning library

  • No central location for storing or sharing learnings across teams 

  • Lack of awareness

  • Poor usability, with no clear taxonomy and limited access

Solutions

  • Gained an understanding of the current state of the learning library, through team member interviews and a content audit, identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Created a taxonomy and tagging framework for insights, along with a process recommendation for ongoing content management

  • Evaluated and recommended tooling options to enhance the effectiveness of the learning library

My Role in the Project

I led the content strategy for enhancing the learning library, initiating a thorough content audit and guiding the team through the assessment. I engaged stakeholders effectively and developed a taxonomy and tagging structure. My leadership ensured timely delivery and a unified approach, integrating two agencies smoothly and presenting clear, impactful recommendations.
