My Role in the Project
I led the content strategy for enhancing the learning library, initiating a thorough content audit and guiding the team through the assessment. I engaged stakeholders effectively and developed a taxonomy and tagging structure. My leadership ensured timely delivery and a unified approach, integrating two agencies smoothly and presenting clear, impactful recommendations.
